For the second time, I had the privilege of photographing this mama and her two boys. We had the session on her parents' property in northwestern Ontario, and I loved that it was a familiar and comfortable location for everyone (I've photographed there before and I understand the boys spend a good bit of time there, too, hanging out with their awesome grandparents!).
Despite not knowing very much about their lives, I still have a huge amount of respect for the mama and feel as though she's doing an incredible job raising her two boys to be intelligent, strong, and compassionate young men.
These boys love their mama...
Such a lovely family.
Usually when doing a family session, I try to get individual shots of each family member (including furry ones, if they're at the session!). Here are the individuals for the Perry family!
It wasn't too hard to talk the family into a little bit of a campfire session, and since grandma was nearby, she made sure Rebecca & her kids had roasting sticks and marshmallows!!
Of course I made the grandparents get in some photos...
Thanks, Rebecca, for letting me capture your lovely family!! And thanks also to grandma Carol, for facilitating the session!
And thanks to my readers for checking out my work and hopefully telling others about it!! <3
